SVGHMI: min and max limit for widgets can be set with assigned variables

This is a valid Widget declaration using new feature:
HMI:Input@/TARGETPRESSURE,0,max_pressure@max_pressure=hmi_local_max_setting

tests/projects/svghmi is updated accordingly.

in that group.
To use a List, clone (svg:use) one of the items inside the widget that
expects a List.
Positions of items are relative to each other, and they must all be in the
same place. In order to make editing easier it is therefore recommanded to
