SVGHMI: min and max limit for widgets can be set with assigned variables

This is a valid Widget declaration using new feature:
HMI:Input@/TARGETPRESSURE,0,max_pressure@max_pressure=hmi_local_max_setting

tests/projects/svghmi is updated accordingly.

To use a TextList, clone (svg:use) one of the items inside the widget
that expects a TextList.
In this list, (translated) text content is what matters. Nevertheless
