Added 'NamedConstant' drag'n'drop in text programs as well (was only accepted on graphical languages).
These classes are intended for use server-side.
e.g. in a django view.py :
from pyjs.jsonrpc.django import JSONService, jsonremote
jsonservice = JSONRPCService()
@jsonremote(jsonservice)
