Moved LPC specific code from toolchain_makefile into LPC target, added FROM_BEREMIZ variable to tell LPC's makefile it is invoked from here.
To generate message.pot file:
python mki18n.py -p --domain=Beremiz
To generate .mo files for all languages:
python mki18n.py -m --moTarget=../locale --domain=Beremiz
